About Ronan Keane
I spent 20 years leading marketing and operations at B2B technology companies: Verizon, GTT Communications, and Vonage Business. Eight-figure budgets, global teams, hundreds of millions in revenue influenced.
I’ve sat on your side of the table. I know what it feels like when a big technology promise doesn’t survive contact with the P&L, and I know the difference between a tool that demos well and a system your team actually relies on.
From operator to AI implementation
Since 2023 I’ve been building with AI hands-on, not just advising on it: Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, n8n, and Clay, the stack that actually ships work. I’m not a data scientist, and that’s the point. I’m an operator who knows where the hours and the money leak in a B2B business, and who can now automate the parts that used to need a person.
That combination is rarer than it should be. Plenty of people can talk about AI. Fewer have run a P&L and can build the thing too.
What I do now
I help SMB and mid-market B2B companies close the gap between the AI they bought and the results they can measure. The work takes four shapes:
- Rescuing stalled pilots that demoed well and never shipped
- Getting AI governance audit-ready before a customer or board asks
- Acting as a fractional Chief AI Officer for teams that need direction without a full-time hire
- Training teams on Microsoft Copilot and Claude so the licenses you pay for actually get used
The full menu, with pricing and triggers, is on the services page.
How the work runs: PRIME
Every engagement goes through PRIME, my five-phase framework: Potential Mapping, Roadmap & Strategy, Implementation Planning, Migration & Execution, and Enablement & Adoption. The last phase is the one most AI projects skip, documentation and team handoff, and it’s the main reason pilots die on a shelf.
Proof, not promises
I’d rather show you numbers than adjectives. A few from real builds:
- For GTT Communications, an automated workflow took custom ABM asset creation from 48 hours to minutes and lifted sales-qualified leads 15%.
- For a B2B logistics-technology firm, AI lead scoring and an outbound agent raised pipeline-to-close rate 28% in a single quarter, with payback in about 3.4 months.
- Earlier, I grew GTT’s website from 5 to 10 inquiries a week to more than 500 qualified leads a month.
The rest are in the case studies.
Why independence matters
I don’t resell platforms and I don’t take vendor commissions. When I tell you whether your AI investment is paying off, the answer isn’t tied to my next invoice. You get fixed prices, named deliverables, and a number you can show your board.
